At Amrive, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

-Damaged product received

-Wrong product delivered

-Product missing from order

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

-Product must be unused

-Product must be in original packaging

-Invoice must be available

-Return request must be within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if:

-Product is damaged

-Wrong product delivered

-Order cancelled before shipping

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns for:

-Opened products

-Used products

-Herbal supplements

-Personal care items

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Charges

-Shipping charges are non-refundable

-Return shipping may be deducted from refund amount (if applicable)
